Food is our passion!

The team of Print2Taste GmbH has worked in several leading academic and industrial food research and food technology institutions.

For more than 20 years, we have researched the physiological and sensory characteristics as well as the relevant technical properties of food and food ingredients. We have investigated their biotechnological behavior with the aim to realize innovative applications and to achieve improvements in the processing and manufacturing of food. In this course, our team has successfully developed and commercialized several food product innovations.

Our team members have held key responsibilities in several significant EU-projects and are considered leading experts in the area of 3D food printing, whether on an industrial scale or for individual production.

Print2Taste continues to work closely with several leading universities and food research institutes.
